Licence Agreement

The licence you are granted

On payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the premium features of the package, for the term of the licence, on the domains bound into the key.

The licence covers any number of developers and any number of applications within your organisation, provided they run on the bound domains. There is no per-seat count and no build-server restriction.

localhost and other development hosts always work and do not need to be listed.

What you may not do

You may not share, publish, resell or sublicense your licence key, or use it for an organisation other than the one it was issued to.

You may not remove or circumvent the licence check, or distribute a modified build that does so.

You may not redistribute the package as a competing component library.

The honest limitation

The licence check runs entirely in the browser and the package makes no network calls, by design — we consider a component library that phones home to be a defect. It follows that the check can be bypassed by anyone determined to do so.

We are stating this plainly because it is what the code does. The agreement, not the technical measure, is what governs your use. This is designed for honest customers who lose their key, not against adversaries.

Term and expiry

Each key carries an expiry date and a grace period beyond the billing period. When a key expires, the package falls back to its free tier — your application keeps working, without the premium features.

You may change the bound domains during the term. Doing so issues a new key; the previous one keeps working until it expires.

Ownership

Eliran Brami retains all intellectual property rights in the software. This agreement grants a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

Free-tier use is governed by the licence file published in the package repository.
