What we provide

Eliran Brami publishes Angular component packages. Each package has a free tier and a premium tier unlocked by a licence key. The free tier is available under the terms in the package repository; the premium tier requires a valid, current licence.

We may change, add to, or discontinue packages. A discontinued package keeps working — the key you hold remains valid for its full term and the published version stays available on npm.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure; anyone who can sign in to it can see and manage your licences.

One account per person or organisation. You must give a working email address, because that is how licence keys are delivered.

Payment and renewal

Licences are sold as an automatically renewing subscription. The billing period is shown on the package page and at checkout before you pay — monthly for some packages, yearly for others. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as our merchant of record: they are the seller of record, they take payment, and they handle sales tax and VAT.

Each renewal issues a fresh key with a new expiry, emailed to you. If a renewal payment fails we will retry and notify you; if it ultimately fails the subscription ends and the key expires at the end of its term.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; the key you already hold keeps working until it expires.

Acceptable use

A licence covers the domains it is bound to. Do not share keys publicly, resell them, or use one key across unrelated organisations.

We do not technically prevent every misuse — the software makes no network calls, and that is a deliberate design choice we consider a feature. We rely on this agreement instead, and we reserve the right to decline future sales to anyone who abuses it.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eliran Brami's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to licence holders at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the software afterwards means you accept them.
